Description

You will own the end-to-end engineering delivery of the Liquidity Reporting product.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own planning and delivery of functional and technical release items according to agreed cadence.
• Lead cross-functional engineering pods to drive product success and meet Business SLAs.
• Manage and upskill permanent and contractual resources to enhance technical expertise.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and process reuse to meet DevSecOps and EEI metrics.
• Ensure compliance with end-to-end controls and standard organizational processes.

Required Skills

• 12-16 years of experience implementing complex, data-intensive SQL-based products.
• Proven expertise in GCP and BigQuery.
• Extensive experience managing large data volumes and ETL processes.
• Strong background in SQL and reporting.
• Functional domain exposure to Regulatory Reporting, specifically Liquidity Reporting.
• Experience managing global teams across diverse geographic locations and timezones.
• Demonstrated track record of leading complex products on Cloud platforms.
• B.Tech, M.Tech, or Dual Degree qualification.
