Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery and production support for GCP-based applications and data workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the full delivery lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Build and maintain GCP applications and data workflows using BigQuery and Python.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines via DevOps tools to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage pod teams, upskill engineers, and lead organizational initiatives in service excellence.
• Collaborate with Ops, Dev, and Test teams to resolve performance, alerting, and design defects.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in software engineering or data platforms.
• Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools: Jenkins, Ansible, and GitHub.
• Proven track record in data warehouse or regulatory reporting projects.
• Deep understanding of production support processes (Change, Incident, Problem, Service management).
• Knowledge of batch scheduling tools like Control-M.
• Experience with Agile delivery processes and IT General Controls (SDLC, DEPL).

Preferred Skills

• Background in Risk and Compliance environments.
