Description

You will lead organizational change initiatives, business process mapping, and training development for complex client engagements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change strategy and execution to ensure successful system and process adoption.
• Conduct business process mapping to identify optimization and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement training strategies, including e-learning modules, instructor-led workshops, and job aids.
• Manage and mentor consultants, serving as the quality focal point for OCM, training, and business mapping services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align change initiatives with business objectives and monitor program effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience leading professional service delivery in change management or organizational development.
• Deep understanding of change management principles and process improvement techniques.
• Proven experience with adult learning methodologies and training development.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong business process mapping techniques and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in change management such as Prosci or CCMP.
