Drive the strategy and execution of customer-centric information design for B2B audiences. You will lead complex website transformations and re-designs while ensuring accessibility compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and create content design for internet and application platforms.
• Lead website transformations and redesign initiatives.
• Manage accessibility compliance in accordance with federal and state laws.
• Mentor team members and lead projects to ensure alignment with risk management and compliance policies.
• Collaborate with managers and peers to resolve issues and achieve business objectives.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of Content Strategy or Content Design experience.
• 5+ years of Graphic or Website Design experience.
• 3-5 years of UX/UI experience.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience managing website transformations and re-designs.
• Strong understanding of content strategy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
