Description

You will lead a team of developers through the design, development, and implementation of Java-based software applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical leadership and resolve complex technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business owners to translate requirements into user stories and determine feature priorities.
• Architect solutions and produce System Integration and System Architecture Design Documents.
• Guide the team in accurate estimation and feature grooming aligned with PI Objectives.
• Lead research into new technologies and conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs).

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in digital technology implementation.
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices, API Design, and OAuth 2.0.
• Strong knowledge of Azure platform, including SaaS and PaaS models.
• Experience with RDBMS (preferably Oracle), NoSQL databases, and Messaging Queues.
• Proficiency in JUnit, TestNG, and mocking frameworks.
• Experience managing Git and CI/CD pipelines within Azure cloud.
• Ability to work within an onsite-offshore model.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Kotlin web services development.
• Experience working with SAFe methodology.
