Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM engagements and manage client relationships.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define project goals, success criteria, and execution plans with clients.
• Oversee all deliverables to ensure alignment with established methodologies and best practices.
• Manage project scope, track change requests, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Control budgets through resource planning, burn rate tracking, and regular status reporting.
• Direct team activities to ensure deadlines, timesheets, and expense reports are completed.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project delivery management experience in business consulting, systems development, or systems integration.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience leading technical or functional teams.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales or Service certification.
• PMP, CAPM, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle, Saleslogix, or Salesforce.
• Additional Microsoft Dynamics or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications.
