Description

Lead the end-to-end implementation and architecture of D365 CE or Power Apps model-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, writing technical specifications, user stories, and design documents.
• Own configuration and customization including BPF, email configuration, Ribbon XML, forms, and views.
• Manage deployments using CI/CD and test automation.
• Implement business process automation using plugins, Web API, workflows, cloud flows, and business rules.
• Coordinate and guide development teams, including offshore resources.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in D365 CE or Power Platform technologies.
• Proven experience leading at least two large end-to-end D365 CE or Power Apps implementations.
• Proficiency in Power Platform including Power Pages, Model Driven, Power Automate, Power BI, and Canvas Apps.
• Strong coding skills in C#, TypeScript, and XML.
• Experience building PCF controls and Azure Functions.
• Knowledge of Dataverse (entities, fields, publishers) and data migration using ADF.
• Understanding of security roles, permissions, and compliance regarding data, accessibility, and UI/UX.
• Ability to work with Web API and web resources.
• Foundational knowledge of Azure and AI.

• Experience with React.
