Description

You will lead data analytics efforts across CRM and personalization programs, owning the full lifecycle from data quality to measurement frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analytics for segmentation, targeting, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
• Analyze and resolve data quality issues in Amperity and Acxiom to ensure accurate customer profiles.
• Design and implement modular, reusable code and DAGs for scalable data workflows and pipelines.
• Develop measurement frameworks to assess marketing effectiveness across channels.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, mentoring junior analysts and driving data governance best practices.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in data analytics, with 2+ years in a lead role.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong expertise in GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Composer, Dataflow, Looker).
• Hands-on experience with Amperity, Acxiom, or similar CDPs.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for analytics workflows.
• Deep understanding of CRM data structures and personalization logic.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards using GCP-native solutions.
