You will lead data analysis efforts to drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis of enterprise data to uncover trends and correlations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data use cases aligned with business priorities.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and analytical models.
• Design and validate data pipelines and transformations, documenting lineage.
• Build and maintain insightful Tableau dashboards to communicate findings.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics or data management.
• Advanced SQL expertise with ability to query and optimize large datasets.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and feature engineering (Pandas, NumPy).
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI visualization tools.
• Deep understanding of data architecture, governance, and data lineage.
• Proven ability to scope new data use cases and convert insights into recommendations.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or Hadoop/Spark environments.
• Familiarity with Git/Bitbucket and project tracking tools like JIRA/Confluence.
• Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills.
