You will lead data analysis initiatives focused on healthcare and risk adjustment concepts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data using PL/SQL and SQL to derive business insights.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards using MS Power BI.
• Apply Medicare Advantage Risk Adjustment Concepts and File Familiarity to datasets.
• Own the analysis process for healthcare data within specified regions.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience as a PL/SQL Expert.
• Expert proficiency in PL/SQL.
• Strong command of SQL.
• Experience with MS Power BI.
• Familiarity with Medicare Advantage Risk Adjustment Concepts and File Familiarity.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional working experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Alteryx.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric.
