You will lead data analysis efforts to convert business and consumer data into actionable insights and improved decision-making processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop working relationships with business partners and SMEs to align analyses with business objectives.
• Perform deep-dive data analysis to deliver actionable insights and generate customer or business segmentations.
• Identify, research, and resolve data anomalies to maintain high data quality and integrity.
• Collaborate with the predictive modeling team to ensure models reflect business reality.
• Present complex analytics findings and processes to stakeholders using clear data visualizations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics or financial services.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Strong experience with Data Visualization tools including Tableau and Power BI.
• Expertise in Data Analysis, Modeling Methods, and Exploratory Data Analysis.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data transformation processes.
• Proven ability in mapping source systems and performing data validation.
• Experience in storytelling and presenting complex findings to business audiences.
• Ability to apply analytics to quantify business benefits.

Preferred Skills

• Background in a quantitative or business field.
• Knowledge of Retirement, Employee Benefits, or Investment Management concepts.
