Description

You will own the analytical strategy and data infrastructure for mobile gaming products, driving decisions through rigorous statistical analysis and predictive modeling.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Run in-depth analyses on funnel drop-offs, cohort behavior, and feature post-mortems to guide business strategy.
• Own retention and churn analysis by cohort, level, segment, and geography to build early prediction models for intervention.
• Develop LTV and revenue forecasting models robust to seasonality, cohort mix, and content cadence.
• Architect and optimize data pipelines connecting game telemetry, data warehouses, and ML systems while ensuring data quality.
• Present analysis findings to Product and Engineering leadership with clear narratives that withstand executive scrutiny.

Required Skills

• 6-9 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in gaming, consumer tech, or mobile applications.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Strong background in statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experimental design with proper sizing and power analysis.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Redshift, Athena, BigQuery, Hive, or Spark.
• Expertise in data visualization tools and building self-serve dashboards.
• Experience with ETL pipelines and business intelligence platforms.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Gen AI applications for boilerplate SQL, code review, and data exploration.
• Experience with experimentation platforms or feature stores.
