Description

You will own the ETL execution, data pipeline management, and validation of large datasets to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Execute pre-built ETL models and pipelines following Agile methodologies and standard operating procedures.
• Collect, review, and validate data inputs including target lists, segments, deciles, forecasts, and promotional datasets.
• Perform detailed data diagnostics to identify anomalies, resolve pipeline failures, and ensure output accuracy.
• Prepare executive-ready analytical summaries, presentations, and data quality reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical outputs with business objectives and prioritize data requests.

Required Skills

• 6–8+ years of experience in data analysis with a strong focus on ETL execution and data pipeline management.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex querying and data manipulation.
• Strong experience working with ETL pipelines and data processing workflows.
• Proven ability to validate large datasets, interpret model outputs, and detect anomalies quickly.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery models and structured technical SOP environments.
• Understanding of pipeline optimization and performance tuning concepts.
• Basic to intermediate exposure to PySpark for large-scale validation and analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in crisis handling and technical project coordination for pipeline issues.
• Ability to create documentation and diagnostic summaries to ensure transparency and faster decision-making.
