Description

Own data governance, ETL development, and advanced analytics to drive business insights from complex datasets.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design ETL processes for data integration.
• Perform data profiling, source-to-target mapping, and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Support data governance frameworks, documenting data flows, lineage, and maintaining business definitions.
• Troubleshoot data-related issues in production and partner with QA teams on test case execution and defect tracking.
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SQL and relational database management systems.
• 3+ years of experience with data warehouse concepts and data modeling practices.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• 2+ years of experience in ETL processes and data integration tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
• Experience with data governance activities, such as business glossaries, data catalogs, and source-to-target mappings.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, including entity-relationship diagrams, normalization, and dimensional modeling.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Collibra for data governance and Reference Data Management tools (EDM/DRM).
• Domain knowledge in Financial Asset Management.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and MYGAIT prompting.
