Description

You will lead data management initiatives to enforce standards, ensure data integrity, and establish a single source of truth for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute data management product vision and roadmaps to maintain data integrity.
• Lead requirements gathering by collaborating with subject matter experts and project teams.
• Perform data quality assessments on large datasets to extract new insights.
• Implement data quality solutions in Collibra DQ, including custom rules and scorecards.
• Enable data lineage collection and visualization for data flow insights.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data management and business data analysis.
• Proficiency in R and Python for data analysis and reverse engineering business logic.
• Hands-on experience with Collibra DQ for implementing data quality requirements.
• Experience with Tableau and Power BI for data visualization.
• Deep understanding of metadata, data quality, and data governance concepts.
• Proven experience working with data engineering and governance practices at scale.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead tasks involving non-direct reports.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing technical capacities within Collibra to meet governance needs.
