Lead data analysis and data management strategies for large-scale enterprise environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute vision and roadmaps for data management products to enforce standards and ensure integrity.
• Lead data requirements gathering by collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Perform data quality assessments on large datasets and implement solutions using Collibra DQ.
• Conduct reverse engineering to decode business logic and rules from existing code.
• Manage data lineage collection and visualization to provide insights on data flows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data management, specifically Business Data Analysis.
• Proficiency in R and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Collibra DQ, including custom rules and data quality scorecards.
• Experience with Tableau and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of data governance, metadata, and data quality concepts.
• Experience working with data engineering and governance practices at scale.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within a large matrix organization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience performing source system data analysis and delivering source-to-target field mapping.
• Any Graduate degree.
