Description

You will lead technical design and data management improvements for the Commonwealth Workforce Development System (CWDS).

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute plans to resolve data management issues and enhance reporting accuracy.
• Design and generate standard and ad-hoc reports using Business Object Enterprise (BOE) to track performance parameters.
• Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating and executing test scenarios.
• Translate complex legislative and business requirements into technical system changes.
• Develop training materials, quick reference guides, and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data analysis and technical leadership.
• Advanced SQL for data querying and management.
• Experience with Crystal Reports, SSRS, and SSIS.
• Proficiency in ETL processes and Python for data manipulation.
• Knowledge of MDX for multidimensional expressions.
• Experience with SOAP UI for web service testing.
• Ability to design and execute UAT and SIT testing scenarios.

Preferred Skills

• Experience acting as the primary liaison between business partners and IT staff.
• Ability to analyze legislation to determine necessary IT system changes.
