Lead data analysis and reporting for financial domain systems, focusing on large-scale insights, query optimization, and business decision support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and deliver actionable business insights.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot advanced SQL queries for performance tuning.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and reporting across structured and semi-structured formats.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data analysis, with strong expertise in advanced SQL query building and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis.
• Experience working with large-scale data environments.
• Proficiency with data formats: XML, JSON, Parquet, Avro, and Protobuf.
• Domain expertise in Financial Services, with a preference for understanding Derivatives.
• Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) for data analysis and reporting.
