Description

Lead data initiatives and provide strategic direction to shape business growth and address operational challenges in an e-commerce subscription environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct advanced analytics using hypothesis testing, A/B testing, regression, and forecasting to inform product and marketing strategies.
• Develop actionable insights within the subscription model to improve customer acquisition and retention.
• Build and maintain data products, dashboards, and reports using Tableau and Snowflake.
• Partner with Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to align data initiatives with business objectives.
• Mentor junior analysts on technical best practices and foster a data-driven culture.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics.
• 2+ years of experience providing technical support and guidance to teams.
• Expertise in SQL, Python, or R.
• Proficiency with Tableau and Snowflake.
• Proven experience in an e-commerce environment.
• Strong background in advanced statistical methods.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business recommendations.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning and experimental design.
• Deep knowledge of e-commerce KPIs and subscription models.
