Description

Lead end-to-end analytics projects to drive strategic optimizations through user behavior analysis and experimentation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user navigation and pathing data to uncover actionable insights for product experience improvements.
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests for feature implementations and engagement strategies.
• Build dashboards and advanced reports in Tableau and Looker to track performance and experimentation outcomes.
• Develop and present data-driven recommendations that balance business goals with user satisfaction.
• Partner with Product, Tech, and Data Engineering teams to align analytics with business strategies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Advanced SQL skills for manipulating, cohorting, and transforming large datasets.
• Expertise in Looker and LookML.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau.
• Experience using Python or R for statistical analysis.
• Proven ability to design, execute, and interpret A/B tests independently.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to solve complex, ambiguous business problems with minimal guidance.
• Experience delivering insights and storytelling to stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
• Ability to identify and communicate critical issues to leadership.
