Description

Lead the Data & Analytics team while actively contributing to core analytics, reporting, and data governance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor data analysts, managing delivery quality and prioritizing work.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and datasets using Sigma, SQL, and Snowflake.
• Partner with Finance, Compliance, Operations, Wealth, and Executive stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Design and maintain curated datasets and data models for self-serve analytics.
• Promote data quality and enforce code best practices to support data governance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including dataset management on Snowflake or similar platforms.
• Expertise in Sigma or other BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders across Finance, Compliance, Operations, Wealth, and Executive teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team while remaining hands-on in solution building.
• Understanding of data governance, quality controls, and analytics documentation.
• Any Graduate degree in a quantitative or business-related field.
