Own healthcare analytics initiatives, leveraging claims data and population health metrics to drive member experience improvements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize complex SQL queries for large-scale healthcare claims datasets.
• Develop data visualizations and predictive models using Looker or Tableau.
• Apply deep knowledge of the claims lifecycle to ensure reporting logic accuracy.
• Manage Agile workflows using Jira and document technical specifications in Confluence.
• Translate complex data insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, specifically with payer, provider, TPA, or tech company data.
• Expert-level SQL query writing and optimization.
• Proficiency in Looker or Tableau for building visualizations and models.
• Strong understanding of healthcare claims data nuances and reporting logic.
• Experience with Agile tools, including Jira for task management and Confluence for documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with population health analytics and member experience metrics.
