Description

Lead fraud analytics and data discovery initiatives to identify anomalies, trends, and indicators of internal and external fraud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep-dive exploratory analytics and data discovery to identify fraud indicators and anomalies.
• Partner with Digital Technology and Governance, Risk, and Compliance teams to design and implement technological fraud solutions.
• Build and refine unstructured data processes to establish clean workflows and documentation for fraud handoffs.
• Provide strategic recommendations on analytical paths and adapt strategies when data models require pivots.
• Collaborate with procurement, cyber, and finance stakeholders to map data structures to enterprise-wide fraud risks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data discovery, and advanced data mining.
• Strong experience with fraud analytics, anomaly detection, or forensic data analysis.
• Proven ability to work independently in ambiguous, greenfield program environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to propose new methodologies to leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in the construction industry or large-scale asset-intensive sectors.
