Responsibilities

• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions for analysis.
• Find and understand the correct data sources required for specific analyses.
• Manage multiple projects and responsibilities concurrently while operating with minimal direction.
• Facilitate meetings and present solutions to stakeholders, managing variables in non-standard situations.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy while validating findings against business understanding.

Required Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, VBA, and Alteryx.
• Demonstrated experience in database management and administration (DBM/DBA), including support for cloud and on-premises data platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, suitable for a global environment.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Experience in revenue management, inventory, and pricing concepts.
• Ability to analyze and optimize data and reporting for onboard revenue categories.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SAS, Essbase, Hyperion.
• Experience in cruise, casino, hospitality, or a similar industry.
