Description

Lead advanced analytics and data solutions across the organization. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions for complex analyses.
• Identify and validate correct data sources to support specific analytical requirements.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal direction while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Facilitate meetings and present solutions to stakeholders, managing variables in non-standard situations.
• Analyze and optimize data and reporting for onboard revenue categories, including inventory and pricing.

Required Skills

• Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, VBA, and Alteryx.
• Demonstrated experience in database management and administration (DBM/DBA) for cloud and on-premises platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for a global environment.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Experience in revenue management, inventory, and pricing concepts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SAS, Essbase, and Hyperion.
• Experience in cruise, casino, hospitality, or a similar industry.
