Description

Lead data analysis and modeling efforts for Property and Casualty insurance products, managing projects from requirements through release.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal projects throughout the entire lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Analyze and clarify business requirements to produce detailed system specifications.
• Design data transformations using SDLC methodologies and standard templates.
• Execute unit testing and support integration, user acceptance, and performance testing phases.
• Partner with Application Development and ETL Engineers to support downstream business applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or related technical roles.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and SDLC methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of the P&C insurance industry, specifically policy and claim life cycles.
• Experience with ETL processes and researching existing codebases.
• Proven ability to establish relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills for customer support and requirement gathering.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and AWS cloud services.
• Experience using Informatica or similar enterprise ETL tools.
