Description

You will lead data strategy and analytics initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups, owning the full lifecycle of data projects from requirement elicitation to implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business and systems requirements for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and self-service reporting standards across the organization.
• Maintain data warehouses, data marts, and data lakes while automating data quality checks.
• Configure and manage Dell Boomi integrations and database connections.
• Audit data access and usage to ensure strict adherence to data governance policies.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and database management systems.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, MicroStrategy, or Tableau.
• Proficiency with Python and AI solutions for data analysis.
• Hands-on experience managing data warehouses, data marts, and data lakes.
• Familiarity with SaaS and cloud concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Math, or an equivalent field.
• Experience managing cross-divisional projects through their entire lifecycle.
