Description

Lead data analytics initiatives, owning the design and implementation of data models and analytics engineering processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data models and analytics engineering processes.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Drive data strategy using AWS analytics services.
• Develop and maintain complex data pipelines and reporting structures.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, data, or business intelligence.
• Expert proficiency in SQL.
• Deep experience with DBT (Data Build Tool).
• Strong experience with AWS Analytics (Redshift, QuickSight, DMS, S3).
• Strong understanding of data modelling and analytics engineering principles.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and business units.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python, Fivetran, or ReTool.
• Background in data governance frameworks.
