Description

You will define and drive the data and AI architecture strategy for the Workplace Solutions division.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-scale data platforms and AI architecture in microservices and event-driven environments.
• Develop long-term roadmaps for MLOps, governance, and AI enablement aligned with business goals.
• Operationalize ML pipelines using containers, APIs, and serverless frameworks with CI/CD.
• Establish data quality, lineage, and trust frameworks to ensure ethical AI and regulatory compliance.
• Guide architecture across Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and mentor engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years leading enterprise data architecture initiatives.
• Expertise in distributed data systems, lakehouse, and warehouse architectures.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience with Snowflake and MongoDB.
• AWS cloud experience (Glue, Redshift, SageMaker, Bedrock preferred).
• Knowledge of ML operationalization frameworks (MLflow, SageMaker).
• Strong logical and physical data modeling expertise.
• TOGAF Certification.

Preferred Skills

• Kafka, Spark, and real-time analytics experience.
• Data mesh familiarity and direct AI development experience.
• Group Benefits or insurance industry experience.
