Description

You will architect scalable cloud data solutions and lead the data analytics practice. Your work defines the strategy, builds the team, and delivers enterprise-grade data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, high-performance data architectures on Azure or AWS.
• Build, optimize, and manage ETL pipelines, data warehouses, and analytics reporting frameworks.
• Establish data governance, metadata management, and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2).
• Mentor data engineering teams and drive adoption of self-service analytics and BI tools.
• Lead solutioning efforts for pre-sales, RFPs, and POCs while managing stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills

• 15+ years in data architecture, engineering, or analytics leadership.
• 5+ years designing data architectures; 3+ years leading teams or practices.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Azure Synapse, or Databricks.
• Proficiency in ETL tools: Informatica, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or dbt.
• Strong SQL, Python, or Scala skills for data transformation.
• Deep knowledge of Azure (ADF, Synapse, ADLS, Purview) or AWS (Glue, Redshift, S3, Lake Formation).
• Experience defining data quality frameworks and governance models.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Big Data frameworks like Apache Spark and Hadoop.
• Proven track record in pre-sales, consulting, or scaling data practices.
