Description

You own the end-to-end lifecycle of data product development, translating business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and validate POCs for new data products using SQL, Databricks, and Power BI.
• Translate business goals into user stories, technical requirements, and source-to-target mappings.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, QA, and UAT to validate development outputs.
• Collaborate with engineers on data models, lineage, and optimization while maintaining governance.
• Track delivery progress in Azure DevOps and proactively resolve blockers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in Data Analysis, Data Engineering, or Technical Business Analysis.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI, and Databricks.
• Solid understanding of data ingestion, ETL, and Lakehouse architecture.
• Experience validating data models, metrics, and pipelines.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Agile tools.
• Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Python/PySpark experience.
• Experience developing mock dashboards to validate metrics and business logic.
