Description

You will lead the technical direction and operational excellence of the enterprise data platform. Define the data strategy, including schema definitions, system contracts, security, compliance, and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a cross-cutting team focused on data platform operational excellence, change management, SDLC, and CI/CD.
• Implement the technical roadmap for platform improvements, tech stack upgrades, cost optimization, and compliance.
• Operate automated test cases for platform performance, security, and reliability.
• Coach and mentor engineers through hands-on career development and feedback.
• Build analytic solutions for Sales, Finance, Product, Operations, and Marketing organizations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Proficiency with Python and SQL.
• Experience with cloud providers including AWS and Azure.
• Experience ingesting, transforming, and curating structured and unstructured datasets.
• Experience implementing monitoring, alerting, metadata management, data cataloging, and data modeling.
• Experience managing and improving data quality in OLAP/OLTP environments.
• Experience working in agile development environments using CI/CD.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the Azure ecosystem.
• Experience with Snowflake.
• Experience with Salesforce and Yardi within the real estate domain.
