Description

You will lead the design, development, and optimization of complex SQL-driven ETL pipelines and dimensional models.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable data solutions using Snowflake, including warehouse design, clustering, and Snowpipe/SnowSQL workflows.
• Develop and automate data pipelines using Python, Pandas, Airflow, and APIs within S3 and DataLab environments.
• Build and manage real-time streaming pipelines and microservices using Kafka and Python client libraries.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery by collaborating with offshore teams and driving technical discussions with stakeholders.
• Perform impact analysis and troubleshoot complex data issues to ensure scalable platform solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering.
• Advanced SQL proficiency with expertise in SCD Types 1, 2, and 3.
• Deep expertise in Snowflake architecture and performance tuning.
• Extensive experience with Python (Pandas, Airflow, APIs).
• Proven experience building Kafka-based streaming pipelines.
• Experience managing data in S3 or DataLab environments.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
