Description

You will design scalable database solutions and provide technical leadership for offshore teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize data models, schemas, and queries in PostgreSQL and Snowflake.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices using Java.
• Implement data governance, security, and performance tuning best practices.
• Manage requirement discussions and delivery governance with client stakeholders.
• Provide technical direction to offshore teams to ensure quality and alignment.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and Snowflake, including database design and performance tuning.
• Hands-on development experience with Java and Microservices architecture.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and distributed systems.
• Experience working effectively in an onsite–offshore delivery model.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for client-facing roles.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
