Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and data models for the Bangalore team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, supporting their professional development and technical growth.
• Design and implement robust ETL processes and data models to support business intelligence needs.
• Manage end-to-end data warehousing architectures and ensure high availability of data pipelines.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to streamline deployment and maintenance.
• Ensure strict adherence to data security, privacy standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Proficiency in Scala, SQL, and Python.
• Expertise in Data Warehousing and Data Modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Spark, Kafka, or Hadoop.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Practical knowledge of S3, ADF, or BigQuery.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
