You will lead the design and implementation of complex data solutions, ensuring alignment with business and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines using Python and SQL.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and testing.
• Mentor junior developers and guide technical direction within Agile teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data solutions.
• Apply data engineering best practices to ensure scalable, maintainable codebases.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong expertise in Snowflake data platform and data warehousing concepts.
• Advanced proficiency in Python with strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) concepts.
• Expert-level SQL skills, including complex query optimization.
• Hands-on experience building distributed systems and big data processing workflows.
• Proven experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for data engineering.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, architecture principles, and best practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience aligning data architecture with marketing and audience targeting efforts.
• Leadership capabilities with a track record of mentoring technical teams.
