Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development and data engineering.
• Expertise in emerging technologies including blockchain, IoT, and AI.
• Strong technical knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
• Proven track record delivering projects using emerging technologies.
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior team members.
• Good understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Ability to lead and manage technical experts.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
