Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data engineering processes and delivery outcomes.
• Manage and direct onshore and offshore technical resources.
• Drive technical direction for data pipelines and architecture.
• Ensure high standards of data quality and ownership across all projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering.
• Expertise in Python.
• Advanced proficiency with the Snowflake platform.
• Experience working within Life Sciences, Pharma, or Biotech industries.
• Strong ownership mindset regarding technical deliverables.
• Experience managing distributed teams (onshore and offshore).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
