Lead the design and implementation of scalable, real-time data architectures in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable data architectures and implement proven design patterns.
• Build and maintain real-time data applications.
• Manage data ingestion and processing workflows.
• Own technical decision-making and coordinate across engineering efforts.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in data engineering or related fields.
• Proficiency in NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including Glue, EMR, S3, Aurora, and RDS.
• Deep understanding of AWS architecture.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with data ingestion and data processing frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
