Description

You will lead data engineering initiatives and AI agent development within a serverless AWS ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build serverless data pipelines using AWS Glue, ECS, and batch services.
• Develop and maintain data transformations using Snowflake and dbt.
• Build AI agents and implement Gen AI solutions.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines with GitLab and oversee DevOps processes.
• Lead cross-location engineering teams and enforce Infrastructure as Code standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering and software development.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS services (Glue, ECS, S3, databases, schedulers).
• Proficiency in dbt, Snowflake, and data warehouse architecture.
• Strong programming skills in Python and NodeJS.
• Experience with legacy ETL tools: Informatica, DataStage, and Cognos.
• Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization.
• Knowledge of GitLab CI/CD and DevOps best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building AI agents and Gen AI applications.
• Proven track record of leading distributed engineering teams.
