Description

Lead data management strategies and architectural design for large-scale organizations. You will own the release of data pipelines, APIs, and governance frameworks while guiding technical teams through complex organizational changes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines and APIs to support enterprise data engineering requirements.
• Execute data governance practices and integrate data quality tools into existing operational workflows.
• Enable data lineage collection and visualization to provide clear insights into producer-consumer data flows.
• Manage task completion across matrixed and virtual teams using effective project management techniques.
• Solve complex data management challenges and lead technical teams through organizational change.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data management with a focus on Data Architect roles.
• Expertise in SQL and Python for data engineering tasks.
• Proven experience building robust Data Pipelines and APIs.
• Deep understanding of metadata, data quality, and data governance concepts.
• Hands-on experience with data integration and data quality tools.
• Experience working within large matrix organizations.
• Strong ability to communicate abstract technical concepts to business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience or certification in Collibra, Ataccama, or Informatica.
