Lead data management strategies and architecture for large-scale organizational data environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data pipelines, APIs, and integration processes using data quality tools.
• Develop data lineage collection and visualization to map data flows between producers and consumers.
• Solve complex data management challenges and drive technical change across the organization.
• Manage project tasks and lead cross-functional teams within a matrix organization.
• Communicate abstract technical concepts to both engineering and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data management, specifically in Data Architect roles.
• Expertise in Data Architect concepts and data management strategies at scale.
• Hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
• Proven experience building Data Pipelines and APIs.
• Deep understanding of metadata, data quality, and data governance processes.
• Experience implementing data lineage at various granularities.
• Ability to manage tasks and influence outcomes in a matrixed, often virtual, environment.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience and certification in Collibra, Ataccama, or Informatica.
