Description

You will lead data engineering efforts to support algorithmic development and business intelligence.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build data pipelines to clean, transform, and aggregate data from disparate sources.
• Collaborate with data science teams to develop algorithms for data insights.
• Model front-end and back-end data sources to map user flows and enable analysis.
• Develop models to facilitate business predictions and answer data-driven questions.
• Apply agile processes to iteratively improve back-end systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, specifically Redshift and RDS.
• Experience with data visualization and exploration tools.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical business leaders.
• Experience working on research-oriented teams with concurrent projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building or maintaining ETL processes.
• Professional certification.
