Description

Lead engineering teams to deliver large-scale data management and cloud optimization projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams focused on data management, cloud optimization, and engineering disciplines.
• Own the full enterprise scope including architecture, design, implementation, and support.
• Design and deploy scalable, highly available database architectures and monitoring tools.
• Manage data security, capacity planning, and failover procedures.
• Report project status, risks, and technical issues to leadership.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data management, ETL, ELT, and NoSQL.
• 5+ years of experience with the AWS cloud platform.
• 3+ years of experience with Databricks and Redshift.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Scala, and Spark.
• Experience designing multi-terabyte, scalable database architectures.
• Expertise in database design, development, and API development.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of data warehousing and data management techniques.
• Proven ability to manage strategic planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder relationships.
