Lead a software development team while remaining hands-on with the codebase. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage the software development team on a day-to-day basis.
• Write and review code to support technical delivery.
• Oversee production output to ensure technical quality.
• Step in to assist with coding tasks when necessary.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional engineering experience.
• 2+ years in an engineering leadership role.
• 5+ years of experience with AWS cloud computing.
• 2+ years of SaaS application development experience.
• Proficiency in either Python or Java.
• Strong engineering background.
• Active LinkedIn profile.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant technical certifications.
• Computer Science degree.
