Description

You will lead the data engineering function, owning the architecture and delivery of scalable data platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement data governance policies to ensure data quality and compliance.
• Design and oversee data architectures, including data lakes, warehouses, and pipelines.
• Lead the development and optimization of ETL/ELT processes for efficient data ingestion.
• Mentor and lead the team of data engineers and analysts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or data management.
• Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with big data technologies: Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Deep understanding of data warehousing tools like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
• Experience managing data governance, security, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
