You will architect and lead the development of scalable, secure data platforms using Azure Synapse Analytics and Data Lake.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the development of scalable, secure data platforms using Azure Synapse Analytics and Data Lake.
• Design and implement enterprise data models and data lakehouse structures to support advanced analytics.
• Oversee the creation of automated data pipelines for ingestion and transformation using Python and PySpark.
• Lead the development of Power BI solutions and enterprise dashboards to provide real-time insights.
• Champion data governance, quality, and security practices across the data ecosystem.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering leadership or architecture roles.
• Deep expertise in SQL, Python, and Azure Synapse Analytics, including performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and dimensional design.
• Proficiency in Power BI and DAX for building interactive dashboards.
• Experience with data lake architectures and metadata management.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory.
• Familiarity with data security and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
