Description

You will lead data engineering efforts, owning pipeline architecture, performance optimization, and production reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT workflows for structured and semi-structured data ingestion.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to define transformation logic and deliver production solutions.
• Guide junior engineers through code reviews, technical direction, and modeling best practices.
• Perform source-to-target mapping, data profiling, and transformation validation to ensure data quality.
• Lead production support, troubleshoot critical issues, and manage deployments via change control.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ETL/ELT development using Informatica, DataStage, or DBT.
• 8–10 years of advanced SQL programming experience.
• 8–10 years of strong programming ability in Python or Shell Scripting.
• 5+ years experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Expertise in data warehousing, dimensional, and relational modeling.
• Proven ability in database performance tuning and optimization.
• Experience operating within Agile methodology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field with 10+ years of experience, or equivalent practical experience.
