Description

Lead the data engineering team in designing scalable models, managing deliverables, and reporting progress to management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable data pipelines and data models to support internal client platforms.
• Construct analytics and reporting dashboards using ThoughtSpot or Power BI.
• Maintain and optimize data infrastructure to improve the accuracy and reliability of reporting.
• Manage delivery timelines and stakeholder expectations for the data engineering team.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data analysts, and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of total experience in data engineering or related roles.
• Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in data modeling and reporting.
• Expertise in writing SQL queries for data analytics.
• Hands-on experience with ThoughtSpot or Power BI for creating visualizations and dashboards.
• Practical understanding of Snowflake environments.
• Proven ability to design and implement data pipelines.
• Experience working directly with business teams to gather and coordinate requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Python.
