Description

Lead the design, development, and optimization of ETL workflows and scalable data solutions on Snowflake.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter and IICS on Snowflake.
• Develop data models utilizing facts and dimensions to drive business insights.
• Lead a team of data engineers through complex integration efforts and legacy data migrations.
• Translate unstructured business problems into structured, scalable data solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize data engineering opportunities and produce technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering and ETL.
• Hands-on expertise in Informatica (PowerCenter and IICS).
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in performance tuning.
• Proven experience designing and optimizing solutions within Snowflake.
• Strong foundation in data warehouse design and dimensional modeling.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, PL/SQL, and T-SQL.
• Experience with Talend and Alation.

Preferred Skills

• Pharma domain experience with exposure to IQVIA, Komodo, and VEEVA datasets.
